Job description
Supports various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of all activities
within the assigned business unit inclusive of customer revenue realization through
invoicing, reporting, supporting month-end activities, participating in ad hoc reporting and
special projects as needed.
Responsibility:
Acquire general knowledge of different pay models and oversee the entire billing process
for those models.
Data entry in multiple platforms: Salesforce, SharePoint, Oracle, Excel,
Data management, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting related to deliverables.
Communication with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Finance & Customer Support. External stakeholders include faculty & students.
Utilize multiple platforms to complete and document package changes, conduct reconciliations, extract data and research issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience
Prior billing/customer service experience (both phone/email support).
General understanding of business principles/practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Good communication skill
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
