Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Staff Visual Designer to drive end-to-end customer experience cohesion across our go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem while accelerating adoption of human-centered design across both the market and our clients.
This role sits within our Human-Centered Design (HCD) team and partners closely with design leadership to translate strategic vision into high-quality, scalable visual and interaction outcomes.
Operating across internal teams and client engagements, this designer will help organizations undergoing large-scale digital transformation bring HCD to life through tangible, compelling, and production-ready design.
This is a hybrid role: strategic collaborator, visual craft leader, hands-on producer, and adoption driver.
Why This Role Matters
As our clients and business invest in large-scale digital transformation, success depends on more than strategy—it requires clear, consistent, and compelling execution that teams can adopt and scale.
This role will:
Accelerate strategy-to-execution cycles
Ensure CX consistency across all touchpoints
Elevate the quality of client-facing deliverables
Drive adoption of HCD principles through execution
Strengthen the visual articulation of transformation initiatives
By partnering closely with design leadership, this role ensures that HCD vision is realized consistently and effectively in market and in practice.
Key Responsibilities
Enable Adoption Through Design
Create clear, high-quality design artifacts that make HCD actionable for product, engineering, and business teams
Support clients in operationalizing design during digital transformation efforts
Use visual design to reduce ambiguity, increase alignment, and accelerate decision-making
Contribute to reusable patterns and systems that support adoption at scale
Partner with Design Leadership
Collaborate closely with design leadership to interpret and execute on strategic direction
Provide feedback and perspective to strengthen outcomes without owning overarching vision
Help scale design quality and consistency across multiple workstreams and engagements
Bridge Strategy, Execution, and Client Delivery
Partner with HCD, product, marketing, and engineering to bring concepts to life
Lead the creation of client-facing deliverables (presentations, prototypes, frameworks, UI concepts) with a high bar for clarity and polish
Communicate design rationale effectively to internal stakeholders and clients
Ensure strategic intent is preserved from concept through delivery
Hands-on Visual & Production Design
Contribute directly to high-quality design production across digital products and GTM assets
Support launches with refined UI, interaction details, and presentation-ready materials
Ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms and channels
What Success Looks Like
Strategy consistently translated into high-quality, production-ready design
Cohesive experiences across all customer and product touchpoints
Client deliverables that are both strategically sound and visually exceptional
Increased adoption of HCD practices across teams and client organizations
Stronger alignment, speed, and confidence in execution
Qualifications
We are less focused on years of experience and more focused on demonstrated scope, impact, and craft.
Proven ability to execute and scale visual design across complex, multi-touchpoint experiences
Proficiency in prepping outputs for both digital and print when necessary
Experience translating established HCD or design strategy into high-quality, production-ready outputs
Track record of collaborating with design leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive outcomes
Experience influencing stakeholders and/or clients through clear, compelling design work
Experience working within or alongside large-scale digital transformation efforts, enterprise environments, or client-service models
Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic alignment and hands-on execution
Experience contributing to design systems, visual standards, or reusable patterns
High level of craft in typography, layout, color, and interaction design, including presentation-quality deliverables
Ability to move fluidly between conceptual thinking and detailed production work
Preferred
Experience in consulting, agencies, or client-facing environments
Background in go-to-market, growth, or product launch initiatives
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Experience supporting adoption of design practices across organizations
Key Traits
Highly execution-oriented with strong design judgment
Proficient designing across different tools and mediums
Collaborative and low-ego, with a partnership mindset
Influential through craft rather than authority
Systems thinker with strong attention to detail
Comfortable operating across internal and client environments
