Job description

Job Purpose:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and user value. In this role, you’ll define product vision, manage roadmaps, and ensure our technology products deliver measurable impact across the organization.

Product Management is a cross‑cutting service group supporting Engineering, Data, and AI & R&D. You’ll translate business objectives into clear product strategy, align multiple product streams, and bring rigor to Agile execution—while leading and mentoring Product Owners and UI/UX partners as our portfolio scales.

If you’re energized by complexity, collaboration, and meaningful delivery, this is your opportunity to shape how products are built and scaled.

What You'll Do:

Our Product Manager brings clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution to every product stream—ensuring the right work is delivered, at the right time, for the right reasons.

Product Strategy & Business Value

  • Define clear product vision and long‑term strategic direction across product lines
  • Build strong business cases and articulate the value of new initiatives and features
  • Prioritize capabilities based on business impact, user needs, and organizational goals
  • Own and maintain product roadmaps that guide planning and cross‑team alignment

Agile Execution & Product Ownership

  • Drive backlog refinement and ensure stories are well‑defined, actionable, and outcome-focused
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain sprint priorities and delivery cadence
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies when needed to support velocity and momentum
  • Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and user expectations

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

  • Serve as the connective bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Align Engineering, Data, and AI & R&D around shared priorities and outcomes
  • Translate complex technical work into clear, business‑focused communication
  • Promote transparency and shared understanding across all product streams

Delivery Oversight & Coordination

  • Coordinate sprint and release planning across multiple product lines
  • Ensure dependencies, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations are understood
  • Support Engineering in sequencing work for predictable, high‑quality delivery
  • Remove blockers and keep teams moving forward

Product Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and business impact
  • Capture user feedback and convert insights into actionable improvements
  • Drive continuous refinement of features, workflows, and user experience
  • Champion data‑driven decision making and iterative product evolution

You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of product management or technology project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery frameworks
  • Hands‑on experience with backlog management, user stories, and sprint delivery
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points:

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (CSPO, CSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience in construction technology or field‑services environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, or enterprise application platforms
  • Background in UX research or data‑driven product decision making
  • Experience scaling product ownership practices across growing teams

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in,

Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000
