Concierge

We are seeking a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Part-Time Porter to join our Front of House team. The Porter plays a vital role in delivering a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring each interaction reflects the five-star standards and values of Park Hotel Kenmare. This position requires flexibility, discretion, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure

• Assist guests with luggage handling in a careful and professional manner

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hotel entrance, lobby, and public areas

• Complete daily task lists as assigned by the Head Porter and Management team

• Ensure company vehicles are immaculately clean and presented to a five-star standard at all times

• Support the Front Desk team with guest requests and deliveries

• Assist with event setup and breakdown when required

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures at all times

• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, demonstrating discretion and professionalism

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred

• A guest-centered mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation

• Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
