C.H. Robinson is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across our global organization. You will partner across teams to uncover trends, improve data usability, and enable data-driven decisions that strengthen outcomes for our customers and business.
Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid) – In office at least 3 days per week for onboarding (first 3 months). Long term, 1 day per week is required, with Tuesdays as the designated in-office day.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Deliver strategic insights
Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform business strategy
Apply analytical techniques and business context to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Communicate findings through structured, audience-appropriate storytelling for both leadership and operational teams
Develop and enhance business intelligence solutions
Design and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and self-service reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
Partner with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
Continuously refine reporting frameworks to align with evolving business needs
Collaborate across functions
Partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive consistency and efficiency across the organization
Support adoption of tools and data literacy through training and user enablement
Support data governance and quality
Maintain data integrity through validation processes and regular audits
Contribute to data standards, documentation, and metadata management practices
Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure alignment with compliance and data privacy requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, working with large and complex data sets
Ability to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
Familiarity with Python, R, or similar tools
Understanding of data governance, data modeling, and extract, transform, and load processes
Experience within logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience integrating generative AI tools into analytical workflows
Ability to effectively partner across teams and communicate with a range of stakeholders

Compensation Range
$77,200.00 - $122,300.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
