As an Account Manager, you will independently own and grow a portfolio of B2B customers, driving retention, expansion, and long-term value through strategic relationship management and commercial ownership. You play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, and acting as the central interface between clients and internal teams. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the full lifecycle of assigned B2B accounts, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Drive net revenue retention by proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM data to support business planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience in sales or account management in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Solid experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and managing sales pipelines.
- Understanding of key financial metrics such as ARR and LTV, with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to think strategically while managing multiple opportunities and solving customer challenges effectively.
