Job description
Responsible to assist in all human resources activities such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent management and foreign worker management.
Job Responsibilities
- Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of offer letter, coordination of medical check-up, background check and collection of documentations.
- To process and validate payrolls for all personnel of DPP plant which include staff, local workers and foreign workers.
- To perform sending / receiving functions of documents via mailbag, by post or hand dispatch.
- Assist in employer branding activities such as career talks at identified colleges, universities, campus roadshows, career fairs, strategic partnerships with schools etc.
- To assist HR Executive in the foreign worker management, include new foreign worker application, work permit renewal and FOMEMA.
- Prepare and issue various letter include IR letter such as show cause, warning and reminder letter as well as C&B letter such as confirmation within stipulated time frame.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Business Administration / Psychology / Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum internship duration of 3 months
