Job description

Role & Responsibility:

Lead and execute Minor Food manufacturing strategies in both short term and long term strategy planning.

  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Lead, encourage and motivate diverse teams (R&D, Sales and Business Development, Supply Chain) to achieve or exceed business plan and budget.
  • Create and execute a business plan that is aligned with brand’s business strategy and focus on the execution of financial and accounting activities to deliver the successful implementation of the manufacturing strategy and all initiatives while maximizing the return on investment to the stakeholders.
  • Drive business development through internal and external customers in order to accelerate growth.
  • Seek for new business expansion both domestic and oversea.
  • Drive new product development starting to deliver total business solution from product concept, and manage the development process in order to ensure that it meets customer expectation and fulfil their satisfaction.
  • Support business outcomes by leading or advising on the strategic sourcing process developing solutions, scoping and defining requirements, identifying best in class suppliers, managing the selection process, negotiating with suppliers, contracting the deal and overseeing the lifecycle of the relationship.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
  • Understand and always update on country’s politics, economics, regulatory of environment and global environment which can be impacted to Minor Food manufacturing business.
  • Manage the organization in research for product development, new product launch as well as an existing product improvement and industrialization for product group of Minor food.
  • Top management for Quality System: GHP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO9001, FSSC22000, TIS/OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 , ISO50001
  • Other duties to be assigned by SVP-Manufacturing.
  • Extremely strong “Drive” leadership and management skill.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-tasking, and work effectively.
  • High executive maturity, open & adaptability.
  • Strong communication, analytical, conceptual and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage smooth and productive relationship with personal from all internal customers and external customers.
  • Service-mind and Result Oriented.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • High sense of entrepreneur spirit as “Total Solution provider” and projects management skills
  • Good command of English and computer literacy.
  • Flexible to work at different locations according to need.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Food industry in Management level.
