The Manager, Facilities Operations is responsible for overseeing the ongoing performance, maintenance, and operational readiness of CLEAR’s airport infrastructure portfolio. This role ensures all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance, supporting both day-to-day operations and new site launches.

What you'll do:

• Own facilities operations across all airport stations, including maintenance, vendor management, and compliance for all infrastructure and physical assets
• Manage facilities-related budgets, invoices, and financial tracking, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency across the portfolio
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance, including service providers, maintenance partners, and compliance-related vendors
• Support new builds, expansions, and launches by coordinating facilities readiness in partnership with Real Estate & Development and Program Management
• Ensure ongoing operational excellence across all stations, proactively identifying and resolving maintenance, safety, and compliance issues

• Successful support of launches and transitions from development to operations

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
