Job description

We are looking for a Senior CRM Product Manager (Salesforce) to own and drive the CRM operating model end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is not a coordination role, it is a true ownership role.

You will be responsible for creating structure, clarity, and scalability across CRM strategy, backlog management, prioritization, and execution. You will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineers, and leadership to ensure the CRM evolves in alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own and manage the CRM backlog end-to-end.
  • Enforce structured intake processes and proper documentation of requests.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Lead prioritization across multiple stakeholders with competing demands.
  • Communicate trade-offs and priorities clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Push back when necessary to protect long-term product health.
  • Ensure clear execution by defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Oversee CRM enhancements, updates, and overall platform evolution.
  • Provide visibility through reporting on backlog health and delivery progress.
  • 4-8+ years of experience in CRM/Product Management (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proven experience owning and driving a CRM backlog independently.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Minimum of C1 level English with strong experience working with international teams. 
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes within CRM systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (configuration, data models, workflows).
  • Experience collaborating with developers, admins, and technical teams.
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and structured thinking.
  • Exposure to AI-driven SaaS products.
