Overview Project Management Organization We manage the electric transmission and distribution portfolio of projects in Kentucky, with a focus on safely enhancing grid resiliency and reliability. We deploy a gated project management process across the full project life cycle, including project identification, initiation, engineering, construction planning, construction execution, and project closeout. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers with managing project schedules (Primavera P6), project financials (PowerPlan), and project team communications. Review financial data to ensure accuracy of estimate and cash flow inputs. Learn key metrics for project and portfolio health analysis (EVM – Earned Value Management/CPI/SPI). Evaluate field communications for impacts to schedules and committed costs. Observe safety meetings, job briefings, and contribute as appropriate. Assist Project Managers with project documentation, including requirements, meeting minutes, and other project records. Qualifications Education Requirements Enrolled in school full time pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in construction management or engineering.
