How you'll make an impact Primarily focused on developing corporate security programs including strategies, policies, processes and services to assist management in the protection of employees, stakeholders, assets, and operations. Accountable for implementing and verifying compliance with security programs across the security spectrum to include: physical security, workplace and travel safety, security operations and investigations, etc. These programs are expected to be sustainable, scalable and designed to fit AJG's culture. Key responsibilities include; serving as AJG's Subject Matter Expert in all phases of corporate security, creating the Security Master Plan for the Global Headquarters to include: guard force daily procedures, guard force incident response, emergency response, physical security KPIs, and security protocols, and collaborating with the Corporate Travel to enforce existing systems, processes, and policies for the protection of employees while traveling abroad along with monitoring travel risk and coordinating outreach to travelers regarding travel risks. Additional duties may include auditing and inspections, identifying deficiencies/vulnerabilities, implementing awareness programs, and working effectively with Corporate Real Estate. About You Required: Bachelor's degree in Corporate/Information Security, Criminal Justice, Crisis Management, Business, or related field + 9 years of experience in one or all of the following disciplines; corporate security management, security and asset policy development, and physical security infrastructure design, within a multi-location global corporate environment or 15+ years of applicable experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to concisely and effectively address questions while providing subject matter expertise on policy to associates and management across diverse global sites. Ability to travel (10%). Preferred: Demonstrable experience developing security programs within fast-paced environments. Possession of any or all of the following certifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Security System Professional (CISSP), Physical Security Professional (PSP). The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
