Coordinate scheduling and access for third-party vendors performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Conduct minor on-site repairs and general maintenance tasks, ensuring timely escalation of larger issues. Coordinate with the operations team to minimize Fan disruption when maintenance projects are planned.
Maintain the workshop space so that it is usable for a variety of functions.
Assist with daily walkthroughs of the venue, identifying potential issues and ensuring operational readiness across front-of-house, back-of-house, and technical areas.
Manage logs, checklists, and digital tracking systems for maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Work closely with the landlord on larger maintenance coordination projects, including freight access, HVAC, or janitorial coordination.
Coordinate with corporate stakeholders to establish best practices in maintenance.
Support emergency preparedness procedures, drills, and documentation in partnership with operations and security.
Contribute to written updates and reports shared with leadership regarding facility status and ongoing initiatives.
Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners.
What we need from you:

Good understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and/or OSHA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with digital tools for asset tracking, scheduling, and maintenance logs (e.g., Google Workspace).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal departments and external vendors.
Resourceful and solutions-focused with a hands-on mindset and a strong attention to detail.
