Founders Associate - CEO Office (all genders)

You’re not just supporting leadership; you’re amplifying the impact of the CEO and shaping the initiatives that drive Lio’s growth. As a Founders Associate Intern in the CEO Office, you’ll work hands-on with the Go-to-Market team and across the company to turn strategic decisions into action.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you will

• Assist the CEO with strategic projects and high-impact decision-making
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, helping launch and optimize campaigns that fuel growth
• Support the optimization of internal processes to make the company faster, smarter, and more scalable
• Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to align cross-functional efforts
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes

YOUR PROFILE

You’re a good fit for this role if you

• Are available for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026
• Have 1+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups
• Think analytically, act proactively, and turn insights into action
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across teams, including executives
