Influencer Marketing Specialist

As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will own and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end within the Canadian market, playing a key role in turning creator content into a scalable growth channel. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working directly with creators to drive measurable business outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from initial creator briefing to final performance reporting.
• Recruit, negotiate, and manage creators across all tiers to ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines and budgets.
• Partner with Creative and Performance teams to ensure influencer content is optimized for both organic and paid channels.
• Execute paid amplification processes, such as whitelisting and Spark Ads, to maximize the reach of high-performing content.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, and ROI) to provide actionable insights and improve future campaign efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns in an execution-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build professional, long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
• A deep understanding of how influencer marketing integrates into the wider marketing funnel and drives conversion.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
