We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE…
The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is a strategic and critical function within Everpure, directly responsible for accelerating the company's continued success and ambitious growth trajectory. Our charter is clear: to drive significant business outcomes, foster innovation, and enable faster execution across the enterprise through the strategic deployment and masterful management of information technology. We are the engine room of Pure's future operational excellence and digital maturity.
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and visionary Technologist to join our IT organization at the Senior Director level. This pivotal role requires a proven track record of industry thought leadership, deep technical mastery across complex enterprise ecosystems, and strong commercial acumen. This is a highly visible, hands-on, and high-impact role where you will serve as the lead end-to-end architect, on transformative, cross-functional projects that redefine processes and platforms across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive end-to-end depth and breadth, with specific and extensive experience in designing, building, and implementing interconnected enterprise systems. This expertise must span the full lifecycle from foundational Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) through complex Subscription Management, and mission-critical Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Driving Transformative IT Architecture
- Act as the architectural partner and subject matter expert for the execution teams on major, multi-year transformative projects.
- Partner with delivery teams on the solution architectural effort to successfully migrate existing legacy systems and complex business processes to cutting-edge, future-proof platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value realization.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE
Education & Experience
- Education: A Master’s degree is required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative/technical field.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT, with a significant and verifiable emphasis on designing large-scale, globally-deployed enterprise applications and highly integrated platforms.
Deep Domain Knowledge
- Deep, practical understanding of the complexities, architecture, and processes required for modern subscription-based business models, including billing, usage metering, contract management, and revenue recognition.
- End-to-End ERP/SCM Business Processes and Solutions: Expert-level understanding and practical experience with the core processes, data models, and solutions for Finance, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing. Experience with leading tier-one ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion/Cloud) is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise (Subscription Management, ERP, and SCM)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture blueprints and deliverable specifications.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Core Competencies: The Architectural Mindset
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to deeply understand business strategy, financial drivers, and operational needs, and translate that understanding into technology solutions that drive tangible, measurable business outcomes.
- Collaboration: A proven, exceptional track record of successfully partnering with diverse, global teams—including Enterprise Application IT, Infrastructure, Business Operations, and external vendors—to deploy and operate large-scale applications effectively.
- Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Must possess the ability to distill and convey highly complex technical concepts and architectural decisions to executive leadership, technical teams, and non-technical business stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Influence and Leadership: Exceptional ability to leverage strong influencing skills, strategic narrative, and technical credibility to drive the adoption and support of transformative, cross-functional initiatives across virtual and often matrixed teams.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements and disruptions in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and data architecture, consistently recommending and championing innovative solutions to maintain a cutting-edge and competitive environment.
