Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Video Content Producer/Editor (approximately 20 hours per week) to enhance corporate communications focusing on innovation and technology initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical support for self-recorded content with comprehensive post-production work to create engaging internal videos. You will guide stakeholders in virtual recording best practices while ensuring brand consistency and crafting concise, compelling stories.

We provide support for W2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our W2 consultants, a generous benefits package is offered including Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. W2

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert for associates recording virtual content, assisting with setup and offering advice on lighting and audio for optimal quality.
• Perform end-to-end edits for virtual videos, integrating B-roll, adding lower thirds, and maintaining brand consistency throughout.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to understand objectives from Tech and Innovation teams, translating these into clear, impactful visual narratives.

Experience Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with After Effects for lower thirds and basic titles; Photoshop knowledge is an added advantage.
• Experience with remote recording technology, coupled with the ability to coach non-technical individuals.
• Demonstrated patience and coaching skills for executives and technical leaders on camera presence.
• Capability to create within brand guidelines while articulating complex tech and innovation topics clearly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities during technical challenges under time constraints.
• Skill in delivering clean edits that align with narrative goals.
• Passion for staying updated on innovation and technology trends.
