About Us: Pixel Games Studios is the game development branch of Boundless Gamers, a non-profit charity in the gaming community. Our mission is to create games that not only entertain but also spread awareness of mental health and highlight the positive impact gaming can have. Human Resources Specialist

This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Specialist at Pixel Games Studios. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting our team by managing talent acquisition, onboarding new members, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Coordinating with department leads to fill project needs. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, assisting with team communication, and organizing team-building activities.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in human resources Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with team members Employee Relations: Proven ability to handle sensitive situations, conflict resolution, and internal investigations with discretion. Strong integrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but experience is key.

Work Style: Remote position with the flexibility to work during your spare free time. We understand that life can be busy, so we’re happy to accommodate your schedule while still ensuring progress is made on the project.
