The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn9s Landing, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality's portfolio, offers a distinctive lodging experience due to its unique location directly on the Delaware River Waterfront in downtown Philadelphia. This 350-room hotel boasts 24,000 square feet of meeting space and beautifully renovated guest rooms that combine modern amenities such as 32-inch LCD televisions, plug-and-play Wi-Fi consoles, and elegant furnishings with breathtaking city or river views.

We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Restaurant Server to join the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn9s Landing team. This role is pivotal to the dining experience, as servers are the primary point of contact for guests in the restaurant. Restaurant servers are responsible for creating memorable experiences by maintaining cleanliness, presenting menus, and efficiently serving food and beverages. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, possess a warm and engaging personality, and demonstrate an ability to connect with guests meaningfully. In this role, you will prepare the restaurant for service, greet guests, guide them through the menu with enthusiastic and knowledgeable descriptions, accurately take orders, and clarify special requests to ensure complete guest satisfaction. You will need to master the menu details to enhance guest conversations effectively and work closely with other servers as well as kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service. The role also involves resolving guest concerns to their satisfaction and ensuring timely, accurate bill presentation.

Ideal candidates will possess an engaging and welcoming personality, the ability to describe and sell menu items convincingly, and between 2-4 years of food service experience. A strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is essential. You must be capable of performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent communication skills are also a key requirement for this position.
