Job description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sales person to join our team in Benin City, Nigeria. As a Sales person , you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service whilst ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

  • Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Accurately count and reconcile items at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Scan items, bag purchases, and provide receipts to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized area
  • Assist with stock-taking and inventory management when required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

        •. BSC, HND in Accounting 

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to handle cash and perform basic calculations quickly and accurately
  • Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions
  • Good time management and organisational skills
