Job description
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, inspections, and scheduling.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain brand standards and guest expectations. Implement and monitor SOPs.
- Manage linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies efficiently. Control costs while maintaining quality and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and with care.
- 3-5 years of experience in Housekeeping within luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in guest service.
- Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, and quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
