Job description
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing sustainability initiatives (e.g., Earth Day, recycling drives, zero‑waste campaigns, sustainability workshops.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Accor environmental standards.
- Conduct training and awareness programs for Heartists.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to sustainability and operations.
- Maintain accurate records and track project progress.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for key leaders.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental management.
- Interest or passion for sustainability, environmental responsibility, or community initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good in Thai and English with strong communication skills.
- Front Office experience is preferred
