Work schedule may include shifts between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM . Shifts are typically scheduled in 8-, 10-, or 11.5-hour increments , based on clinic needs. Final scheduling details will be reviewed and confirmed during the interview process . Responsibilities As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By: Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Physical Therapist Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care CPR and first aid certification required Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical fieldwork Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
