Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, deliver dependable automotive counsel, and establish constructive relationships via transparent and polished communication strategies.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork through active participation and coordination with managers and coworkers, contributing to a high-energy and efficient store ambiance. Display leadership skills by assisting team members with their responsibilities.
- Provide recommendations on products, services, and promotions that can enhance the customer journey and drive sales performance and store metrics.
- Manage inventory effectively, streamline store operations, and enforce proper cash handling and loss prevention strategies to maintain financial integrity.
- Opt for structured processes to streamline task completion effectively, and ensure adherence to safety regulations through the implementation of company policies and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to uphold workplace security.
- Stay current with the inventory of auto parts, tools, and promotional deals by utilizing the AutoZone systems.
- Utilize diagnostic aids to interpret codes from customer cars and offer solutions accordingly.
