Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, NY. As a Customer Service Representative for Pop-up Events, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers at various events, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include accurately communicating product and service information, collecting feedback from event attendees, and supporting the event team in delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high customer engagement levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, event-driven environment
  • High energy, adaptability, and professionalism in fast-paced settings
  • Previous experience in events or brand activation is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
