Work cross-functionally with business units to advance company goals, such as translating legal risk into business impact, conducting internal outreach in advance of contract renewals and expirations, and supporting the procurement process lifecycle. Track and manage the status of ongoing legal and cross-functional projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion. Conduct legal research on a variety of topics and summarize findings, including telehealth, medical licensing, medical research, employment, data privacy, and more. Support compliance and regulatory review efforts, including policy updates, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.

Interest in both legal work and broader business or operational projects Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in tracking project status, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, take initiative, and drive tasks forward independently. Demonstrated comfort with technology and ability to leverage tools, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and solve problems. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally across legal, business, and operational teams. Compensation : $25/hr
