CSA Supervisors - Internal / Structural / Civils - GVX

The successful candidates will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages. They will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality. Key Responsibilities • Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages. • Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out. • Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team. • Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met. • Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations. • Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings. • Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements. • Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings. • Support the close-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion. • Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented. • Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability. • Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience • Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel • Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills • At least 7 years relevant experience • Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects
