Master Data Specialist

Maintain and update master data records accurately across various systems including ERP and CRM. Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular audits and validations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements. Support data migration and cleanup projects as needed. Develop and document master data management processes and best practices. Provide training and support to users on master data standards and procedures. Monitor and resolve data quality issues promptly to minimize business impact.

1-3 years of experience in master data management or data administration, or a diploma in a related field. Maintain and update master data using Excel tools, including XLOOKUP, to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency with Excel. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience with data cleansing and validation tools is a plus
