Job description

Principia is seeking a Senior Lawyer, in Athens, Greece. Are you passionate about working in the Renewable Energy Production ? Established in 2008 as part of Enel Green Power in Greece, Principia has evolved into an independent entity, owning 70 plants in operation with a total installed capacity of 726.32 MW. The company is actively expanding its footprint, with another 230 MW of projects under construction or ready to build, and an additional 5.6 GW under various stages of development. Responsibilities: Negotiate, draft, review and finalize a wide range of civil and commercial contracts (including M&A, EPC, supply and service agreements, leases, and financing agreements) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders Support legal due diligence, M&A transactions and Project Finance activities Manage claims and litigation, including settlement negotiations and coordination with external counsel Handle corporate affairs (BoD & GM resolutions, corporate restructurings, governance matters, Law 4548/2018 and IKE law compliance) Provide legal advice across Contract, Civil, Corporate and real estate law, supporting business functions Prepare legal documentation and reports, interpret applicable laws and regulations, and advise on compliance matters, while reporting to key stakeholders (BoD, shareholders)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil and commercial law Strong expertise in commercial and corporate law Proven experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements (including financing, M&A, development, procurement, and EPC) Experience in a corporate, ideally multinational, environment Familiarity with the energy sector regulatory framework (considered an asset) Excellent command of English (written and verbal), and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
