Assembly Associate

SLLET Solutions LLC is a locally owned Northern California installation and logistics company. We serve residential and commercial clients handling everything from office and workstation setups to home furniture assembly. We are growing our San Jose team and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented people who take pride in their work. No prior experience is required, we train from day one. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experience levels. Responsibilities Assemble residential and commercial furniture and fixtures. Follow manufacturer's instructions step by step and use diagrams to complete assembly correctly. Inspect finished work to ensure our quality and accuracy standard before client handoff. Prepare and organize parts, tools, and components for each project. Assist with material handling and on-site staging to keep project on schedule Keep work stations clean, safe and organized.

Reliable, punctual and someone who takes pride in your work. Strong attention to detail and workmanship. Comfortable with physical activity including standing, bending, and lifting. Basic understanding of how to use hand tools is a plus but not required. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Starting pay of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience. Consistent Monday through Friday scheduling. Hands on training in technical assembly. All specialized tools and safety gear provided.
