Job Overview We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our Jakarta-based marketing team, focusing specifically on our hairdryer and straightener product line. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and informative content that highlights the features and benefits of our beauty appliances, attracting potential customers and enhancing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy for the hairdryer and straightener product line that aligns with TULUS marketing objectives. Create high-quality written and visual content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media campaigns, and instructional videos that capture the essence of our beauty products. Conduct market research and analyze trends in the beauty and personal care sector to inform content creation and ensure relevance. Work closely with the product design and marketing teams to gather insights and create compelling narratives around our haircare devices. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and engagement. Monitor content performance metrics, using data analytics to refine content approaches and optimize engagement.

1-3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role, particularly in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer products. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong writing and editing skills, with a flair for creating engaging and persuasive content. Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in content management systems. Proficient in multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software. Passion for beauty and personal care products, with a keen understanding of audience preferences. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The candidate does not wear a hijab and has a well-groomed appearance.
