Sales Supervisor TULUS - Beauty Salon Product (Hairdryer)

Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor specifically for our Beauty Salon Product division, focusing on hairdryers. Based in Jakarta, you will lead a passionate sales team to promote and sell our premium hairdryer products, meeting the unique demands of salons and beauty professionals. Your leadership will drive sales growth while fostering excellent team performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the sales team focused on beauty salon products, particularly hairdryers. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Provide training, mentoring, and support to the sales team to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Track sales performance metrics and analytics to ensure targets are met and adjust strategies as necessary. Establish relationships with salon owners and beauty professionals to understand their needs and promote BIOTA products. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies tailored to beauty salon products. Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position. Experience in the beauty product industry, specifically with hair care or salon equipment, is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing high-performing sales teams. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and clients. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market dynamics. A passion for beauty and personal care products, coupled with knowledge of the latest trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities.
