Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Visa status: Valid working visa for Portugal | Language requirements: Fluent/professional Portuguese and English , written and verbal; Spanish with be a big plus We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Portugal to join our Iberia Marketing team. Based in Lisbon, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital channels and communications, and collaborating closely with sales and regional marketing teams to drive measurable results and business success. You will report to the SoftwareOne Iberia Marketing Director and the Software Portugal (Crayon) General Manager, working in close alignment with Sales, Pre ‑ Sales, and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans and integrated campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive demand Manage digital presence, content, communications, and events across channels Align and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Iberia Marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives Plan and execute co ‑ marketing activities with strategic vendors (campaigns, webinars, events, digital, PR, telesales ) Build and maintain strong partner relationships, including alignment on priorities and vendor co ‑ funding Analyze campaign performance, ensure setup, tracking, and GDPR compliance, and optimize based on data insights Create marketing assets, ensure brand compliance, and support vendor funds management (claims and reporting) What we need to see from you Proven experience in B2B or technology marketing Expertise in MK campaigns planning and execution, events, communication and digital marketing Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar will be a plus Familiarity with MK automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo , etc. ) will be beneficial What’s on offer: Our company benefits vary based on your location, but always include: Global company culture: We defined our 6 core values through our company culture ( https://www.softwareone.com/en/our-story/our-values ) A mentor who supports your successful start and is at your side with advice and action President’s Club: Recognition awarded by leadership and your peers Lifelong education: A variety of training and development opportunities Hire to Grow: We optimize our internal structures and feedback culture constantly to be your Employer of Choice, today and in future Job Function Marketing & Channel Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
