Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Operations to help scale the HEALWELL AI brand and support the execution of our go-to-market commercial plans. This is an execution-first role for a builder and operator. You will be responsible for translating strategy into tangible marketing outputs—personally creating and shipping the first versions of key assets such as collateral, sales materials, messaging frameworks, website updates, and campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, messaging, and marketing execution. You will help ensure that our story—how we identify patients earlier, generate evidence, and deliver insights—is communicated clearly and consistently across every customer touchpoint. You will also help build the operational backbone of marketing, aligning campaigns, sales enablement, content, messaging frameworks, and cross-functional coordination to ensure we show up in the market as one unified HEALWELL AI platform. As the function grows, you will also identify opportunities to scale output through contractors, agencies, and emerging AI tools, enabling the team to produce high-quality marketing efficiently. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with sales, product, clinical, data science, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Asset Development · Personally develop and ship core marketing assets including: o Sales collateral and presentations o Website messaging and content updates o Campaign messaging and launch materials o Product and solution collateral · Move quickly from concept to execution, producing high-quality marketing outputs in a fast-moving environment · Identify opportunities to increase speed and leverage through AI tools, contractors, and external partners · Build repeatable processes for asset development and campaign execution Marketing Operations · Build and manage marketing processes that support scalable execution · Coordinate campaigns, launches, and announcements across teams · Manage marketing calendars, asset development workflows, and cross-functional coordination · Track marketing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Sales Enablement · Develop field-ready materials including: o Customer pitch decks o Messaging frameworks o FAQs o Customer talk tracks · Partner closely with commercial teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with customer needs · Continuously refine materials based on field feedback and customer conversations Content & Thought Leadership · Develop high-impact content including: o Whitepapers o Case studies o Press releases o Conference materials Cross-Functional Alignment · Partner with product, clinical, and data science teams to translate capabilities into market narratives · Ensure internal teams understand and consistently communicate our core story: o Patient Identification o Real-World Evidence o Data Insights as a Service What Success Looks Like • A clear, unified HEALWELL AI brand across all channels • Sales teams equipped with simple, powerful messaging and high-quality materials • Marketing assets and campaigns delivered quickly and consistently • Marketing operations that enable speed, focus, and scale • A growing library of marketing assets that support commercial growth Qualifications Experience • 7–10+ years in B2B marketing, product marketing, or brand strategy • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or data-driven SaaS environments • Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear market narratives • Experience building and executing marketing programs in fast-moving or resource-constrained environments Skills • Brand strategy and positioning • Messaging frameworks and storytelling • Marketing execution and campaign management • Sales enablement and content development • Marketing operations and cross-functional coordination Personal Attributes • Builder mindset with a strong bias toward action • Strong communicator and storyteller • Highly organized and operationally rigorous • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams • Mission-driven and motivated by improving healthcare outcomes
