How you'll make an impact Help evaluate and analyse client risks to design tailored facultative reinsurance solutions. Prepare reinsurance documents, including presentations and submissions. Assist in facultative placement negotiations with reinsurers, guided by experienced brokers. Manage existing facultativeportfolios and keep records accurate and up to date. Communicate with clients and reinsurers to build strong relationships. Work with other teams at Gallagher to ensure smooth service delivery. Support business development and stay informed about market trends. Learn and use our tools and systems to streamline processes and ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet deadlines. About you A degree in finance, economics, general administration, or a similar field forms the foundation of your expertise. Prior experience in insurance or reinsurance is an advantage, but we value a willingness to learn just as much. Adaptability and resilience are among your strengths, and you thrive in dynamic environments. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of at least one CEE language. Strong organisational and communication skills come naturally to you, and you enjoy collaborating with others. Self-motivation drives you, but you’re equally comfortable working independently when needed. Travelling within the CEE region, whether domestically or internationally, is something you’re open to.
