Business Analyst (ServiceNow) - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (ServiceNow) who wants to be part of Tieto Tch Consulting and contribute to a dynamic IT services and consulting company specializing in providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team on ServiceNow platform projects. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and guide their implementation from concept to go-live.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Business Analyst (ServiceNow), you will

• Elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
• Create functional specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Design and document business processes using BPMN / swimlane notation
• Configure ServiceNow platform components: tables, forms, fields, views, and lists
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items: Catalog Items and Record Producers
• Design automation logic in collaboration with developers (Flow Designer, Business Rules)
• Support data import workflows: Data Sources, Import Sets, and transformation maps
• Write and maintain technical documentation: Data Dictionary, Process Maps, Release Notes
• Participate in UAT: prepare test cases and coordinate testing with business stakeholders
• Work closely with developers, architects, and clients within Agile/Scrum team

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (at minimum: tables, forms, Service Catalog)
• Confident use of BPMN or UML process notation
• Ability to write clear User Stories with well-defined Acceptance Criteria
• Experience working with requirements in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
• Understanding of relational databases and data model design principles
• English proficiency: B2 or above (documentation, written communication)

Will be an advantage

• ServiceNow certification: CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CSM
• Basic JavaScript skills for reading and writing scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with integrations: REST API, IntegrationHub
• Involvement in data migration or ServiceNow upgrade projects
