Job description

Regional Sales Manager – Asia Pacific Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). - Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals. - Implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Build relationships with key accounts and partners in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. - Use Salesforce to track team performance and forecasts. - Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members. Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. - CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performance teams. - Experience in the Technology or SaaS industry. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making. - Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
