Sales Manager – Data Center Infrastructure (Modular Solutions) Location - Singapore (Regional coverage across APAC) About the Company - Fast-growing provider of modular and prefabricated data center infrastructure solutions. - Supports hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients across global markets. - Specializes in delivering integrated, end-to-end data center modules, combining power, cooling, and white space infrastructure into scalable, rapidly deployable solutions. - Responds to increasing demand for edge computing, hyperscale expansion, and faster time-to-market. - Scaling its commercial team across Asia. Role Overview - Seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across the APAC region. - Focus on selling integrated data center infrastructure solutions, not standalone components. - Engage with clients early in the design and planning phase of large-scale data center projects. Key Responsibilities - Drive new business development across hyperscalers, colocation operators, telcos, and large enterprises. - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure for large-scale infrastructure projects. - Position and sell modular and prefabricated data center solutions, including power and cooling integration. - Engage with stakeholders across data center operators, engineering teams, consultants, and EPC partners. - Identify and influence opportunities at early design and specification stages. - Collaborate closely with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions. - Build and manage a strong regional pipeline across APAC markets. - Track market trends and competitor activity within the data center infrastructure space. Requirements - 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise or infrastructure sales. - Language proficiencies: Mandarin and English, due to frequent communication with regional stakeholders in Taiwan and China. - Proven track record selling technical solutions into large-scale projects. - Experience in one or more of the following: - Data center infrastructure (preferred) - Power systems (UPS, switchgear, power distribution) - Cooling or thermal solutions - Critical infrastructure or mission-critical environments - Prior experience working with or selling into: - Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Colocation providers (e.g. Equinix, Digital Realty, STT) - Telcos or large enterprise infrastructure teams - Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. - Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders. - Experience managing mid to large deal sizes (high six to seven figures and above).
