Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment operations. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring activities, collaborating with clients and candidates, and enhancing our talent pipeline across various tech-related roles. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for technical and non-technical positions. Source and engage candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS and CRM systems. Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology sector. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities efficiently. Knowledge of GCC labor market and hiring trends is an advantage. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
