Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summary: As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , you will provide expert mental health services remotely, helping clients manage and overcome personal challenges through therapeutic interventions. This role offers the opportunity to support individuals' mental health and emotional well-being while maintaining a flexible, remote work environment. Responsibilities: Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth. Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments. Document client progress and treatment outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy laws.

LCSW certification (active and in good standing). Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field. At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
