Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Opportunity Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver therapeutic services remotely, assisting individuals in overcoming mental health challenges and enhancing their emotional well-being. This role offers the opportunity to work in a flexible, remote environment while making a tangible impact on the lives of clients through structured therapy and personalized support. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy to clients with a range of psychological and emotional challenges. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Record and track client progress in a timely and accurate manner. Provide case management and resource referrals as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

LCSW certification (active and in good standing). Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field. At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
