Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Location: Seattle, Washington Position: Full-Time Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary: We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one outpatient care in a full-time weekday role. You will help patients improve mobility, manage pain, rebuild strength, and work toward practical recovery goals. This is a strong fit for someone who values patient education, structured treatment planning, and a schedule that allows for focused, consistent care. Responsibilities: Complete evaluations and set measurable treatment goals Design treatment plans based on patient needs and progress Lead exercise-based therapy sessions and functional retraining Apply manual therapy and other treatment techniques as needed Review patient progress and update plans regularly Educate patients on home programs and safe movement patterns Maintain documentation that meets clinic and compliance standards

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Active Washington Physical Therapist license Outpatient experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
