Physical Therapist Location: Seattle, Washington Position: Full-Time Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team serving patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, and mobility-related needs. The Physical Therapist in this role will assess movement issues, provide hands-on care, and guide patients through treatment plans designed to restore function and improve day-to-day performance. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to give each patient your full attention. Responsibilities: Assess patient condition, mobility, strength, and pain levels Build treatment plans that support short- and long-term goals Deliver therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual interventions Reassess progress and modify care based on response to treatment Instruct patients on proper movement and injury prevention Keep clear and complete treatment records Work with clinic staff to support smooth patient care delivery

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Active Washington Physical Therapist license Outpatient experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
