Partnership Manager - F&B & Hospitality Growth

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager specializing in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expand market presence within the F&B and hospitality industries. Key Responsibilities: Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with key players in the F&B and hospitality sectors. Develop strategic plans to expand partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with company objectives. Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle including negotiations, onboarding, and performance tracking. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration. Regularly report on partnership performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the F&B or hospitality industries. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
