BIM Coordinator

Kemet Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join its Cairo office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration, clash-free designs, and efficient project delivery within a collaborative engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution of conflicts Monitor and maintain model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper model integration and coordination Support the development and implementation of BIM execution plans Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate technical issues effectively Ensure timely updates and alignment of BIM models throughout project phases Assist in improving BIM workflows and coordination processes

Proven experience in BIM coordination and clash detection Strong expertise in BIM tools, especially Navisworks Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination (Architecture, Structure, and MEP) Ability to work collaboratively within project teams Strong problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple coordination tasks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
