On Premise Consumer Marketing Management
- Execute and adapt international consumer marketing initiatives to local market needs, ensuring strong relevance in the On Premise environment
- Collaborate closely with the national brand team to extend national campaigns into impactful On Premise activations
- Develop national consumer activation strategies across physical and digital touchpoints
- Co-create engaging and high-impact content with agencies for different segments, accounts and events
On Premise Trade Marketing Management
- Analyze consumer, customer and trade insights to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable marketing plans
- Define product offer strategies (including Red Bull, Mixes and Infusions) to drive consumption and relevance across occasions
- Develop and manage the POS portfolio, ensuring the right tools and placement strategies to maximize impact at the POS
- Lead the development of tailor-made solutions and manage production agencies for high-quality execution materials
- Drive the creation of new POS tools and activation concepts to increase consumption frequency across segments and touchpoints
- Ensure best-in-class field execution by enabling and guiding field teams, while tracking and evaluating executional standards
- Deliver strong communication frameworks and materials to ensure consistency and clarity across all On Premise touchpoints
- Maximize visibility by driving “Look Like #1” standards through impactful, differentiated and premium execution
- Develop consumption-driving assets including product, price and activation communication with compelling creative output
On Premise Business Impact & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Contribute to the growth of the On Premise business by developing initiatives that increase consumption and brand relevance
- Support the achievement of key business KPIs such as distribution, visibility and consumption
- Translate consumer, customer and trade insights into scalable concepts and strategic actions
- Work closely with Sales, Brand and other stakeholders to ensure aligned and impactful execution
- Take ownership of selected initiatives, managing projects end-to-end from ideation to execution
- Identify new opportunities, trends and ideas to continuously improve impact in the On Premise environment
- 3–4 years of experience in FMCG marketing within a commercial environment
- Experience in On Premise (HORECA) trade marketing and event activations
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of sales and financial drivers
- Proven ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
- Strong understanding of field dynamics and ability to translate strategy into effective execution
- Experience managing external agencies and production partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales and external partners
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution and evaluation
- Strategic and innovative thinking with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
- Performance-driven mindset with the ability to track, evaluate and optimize marketing activities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in MS Office; comfortable working within digital tools and platforms
