Job description
Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) is a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to serving individuals on the autism spectrum throughout their lives. Based in Singapore, ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community Key responsibilities: Responsible for monthly/yearly closing activities, including Fixed Assets, GL Journal entries, and ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet schedules Prepare monthly financial & funds report and the related analysis Provide support to internal stakeholders on finance related matters Support in budgeting preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making and financial planning processes. Responsible for Tax reporting and compliance (e.g., GST, WHT) Act as the key contact with auditors and support audit-related matters, prepare schedules, coordination and audit planning, and ensure regulatory compliance Assist in processes improvement and system implementation when required Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects duties assigned
Degree in Accounting/Finance, or a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant finance or accounting experience with prior experience as General Ledger Accountant/Senior Account Executive Experience in Microsoft Business Central is an added advantage IT proficient and familiar with Microsoft suite of products Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
