The role You'll own our global marketing engine — from brand awareness to revenue growth to turning customers into lifelong advocates. As part of our leadership team, you won't just lead a function; you'll help co-create our culture. You partner directly with the CEO on brand direction, strategy and high impact decisions. Main responsibilities : Revenue & Customer Growth Own end-to-end e-commerce revenues and profitability across all markets Drive full-funnel growth — optimise channel mix, reduce CAC, improve LTV Partner with Retail to drive omni performance, market awareness, and store traffic Commercial Calendar & Campaign Discipline Lead the annual and monthly commercial calendar — fewer, bigger, higher-impact campaigns Ensure every campaign has a clear objective, defined hero products, and measurable ROI Product Marketing & Brand Partner with Merchandising to identify hero products and shape compelling go-to-market narratives Oversee creative output — distinctive, consistent, and commercially effective Ensure product stories convert from awareness to sell-through Growth & Customer Insights Scale CRM, paid, SEO, and emerging channel capabilities across all markets Drive repeat purchase and LTV through lifecycle and retention strategies Leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency — what can be automated, should be Team & Operating Model Lead Global Marketing — Brand, Creative, Growth, E-Commerce — and Regional Marketing teams Create clarity, reduce burnout, and raise the bar on operating discipline across the function

Qualifications & Experience 10–15 years building and scaling consumer, retail, e-commerce, or fashion brands Owned revenue and P&L — not just influenced it Equal parts brand judgment and commercial instinct — you don't choose one over the other Fluent in the modern marketing stack and actively using AI to work smarter Hands-on operator who has scaled something in a multi-market, scale-up environment
