In this role, you will provide crucial back office support focused on Polish-speaking players, helping to maintain smooth gaming operations and exceptional service standards. The position involves analyzing player data, supporting front office teams, resolving intricate cases, and ensuring compliance with gaming policies to deliver a reliable gaming experience. Responsibilities Provide back office support and technical assistance for Polish-speaking players within the gaming platform Analyze player accounts, identify potential issues or abnormalities, and escalate when necessary Work closely with front office teams and development specialists to resolve complex player cases Monitor gaming policy compliance and report findings accordingly Ensure accurate and timely processing of player account updates and transactions Maintain detailed documentation of cases and internal processes following company standards Contribute to the continuous improvement of gaming support processes to enhance player satisfaction

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter Experience in back office gaming support or related roles is advantageous High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation expenses fully covered) Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
