Grade 2& Grade 3 ESL teacher wanted in China

爱睿可猎聘 is seeking a dedicated and innovative ESL Teacher to work with Grade 2 and Grade 3 students in China. This position is perfect for educators passionate about teaching English as a second language and who are keen to inspire young learners while contributing to their language acquisition journey. Main Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging ESL lesson plans that are appropriate for Grade 2 and Grade 3 students. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages students to practice and improve their English language skills. Assess student progress and provide tailored feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Incorporate various teaching methodologies and resources to support diverse learning styles. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning community.

Qualifications and Experience: Native English speaker only. Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) required, QTS, PGCE, US teaching license is preferred. Experience teaching ESL to elementary school students. Strong understanding of child development and language acquisition principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and their families. Creative and adaptable teaching approach to cater to different learning needs.
